  • Customer can open Server and End-User support tickets for all other support requests, support issues or troubleshooting of server. 1 hour per month included in plan. 30 minute minimum per ticket. Requests serviced on a priority and availability basis, typically within 24 hours. Application support requires an upgraded support plan.
  • Password Recovery, System Restore and Remote Power Cycle on request. Support fees apply.
  • Backups handled as per plan. If applicable, in the event of a server failure, service restoration will occur from most recent full-server backup, on a priority and availability basis, typically within 12 hours.
  • Managed DNS provided by Video App, including DNS tuning and optimization. SPF records maintained to maximize mail deliverability.
  • Reverse DNS provided. Custom hostnames available.
  • Domain registrations handled by customer.
  • 1 network adapter. 5 IP addresses.
  • SSL certificates handled by customer, or optionally, for supported web servers, via a support request. Support fees apply.
  • Advanced firewall access lists lockdown non-standard ports. Contact support to open ports. Support fees apply.
  • Intrusion detection, and denial of service resolution using advanced network sniffing tools.
  • Migration assistance included (up to 4 hours) with contract terms of 1 year or more
  • Dedicated Implementation Manager with direct 8/5 access, to provide oversight and high priority of management within technical team, also, web-based ticket system with phone call back, if desired.
  • Full root access provided to customer.
